Common questions
Straight answers, before you reach out.
What owners ask us most, about how we work, what it costs, and what to expect. If your question is not here, just ask.
How do you start with a new client?
We start with a diagnosis, not a pitch. We look at where you show up against your competitors and where customers slip away across the whole path, then recommend a prioritized plan. Marketing without diagnosis is expensive guesswork.
Do I have to do everything at once?
No. We diagnose first, then prioritize. Most clients start by fixing the biggest leak and add layers only as they earn their place. You are not signing up for everything at once.
How do you charge?
It depends on what the diagnosis turns up and where it makes sense to start. After the first conversation and a look at your situation, we scope the engagement around a prioritized plan, so you know what you are paying for and why.
How quickly will I see results?
It depends on the work. Paid ads and faster lead response can move within weeks, while local SEO and AI visibility compound over months. We are honest about timelines up front and we do not promise rankings or overnight results.
How do you measure success?
In calls, leads, and customers, not vanity rankings. We set up call and lead tracking and report in plain English on what the work actually produced.
Is this just SEO?
No. Search visibility is one part of one stage. We work the whole path: getting found, looking credible, responding fast, and following up. Most businesses are not losing on visibility, they are losing in the back half, after the lead comes in.
What does the whole path mean?
Four stages turn a stranger into a customer: get found, look credible, respond fast, and keep following up. We work all four, not just traffic.
Are you tied to specific tools or channels?
No. We are platform and technique agnostic. We recommend what fits your business and your market, not whatever we happen to resell or whatever is trendy this year.
Is local SEO and Google Maps still worth it?
Yes. Maps and your Google Business Profile drive fewer leads than a few years ago, but they still bring a large share of local leads. The difference today is that the core has to be backed by your website, reviews, and AI visibility to keep producing.
What is AI visibility (AEO)?
It is showing up in AI Overviews and AI search tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity. It is not a copy of Maps: it weighs your website structure, content, and authority. Often different businesses win each, which is why both matter.
Who do you work best with?
Established service businesses where the owner is hands-on, most leads come from being found, and a new customer is worth real money, from a small crew up to a growing company without a marketing team.
Are you local, or do you work nationally?
Both. We are headquartered in Lansdale, PA and work with service businesses across the country. We run our own marketing in a competitive market, so we know firsthand what it takes.
What makes you different?
You get someone who sees the whole board: product strategy, sales leadership, and hands-on technical build in one place. We diagnose why marketing fails, usually strategy, not tactics, and we are honest about what is working and what is not.
What happens on the first call?
A straightforward conversation about your business and your market. If there is a fit, we run a diagnosis and recommend the most practical next step. No pressure, no canned pitch.
Still have a question?
The fastest way to a straight answer is a short conversation about your business and your market. No pressure, no canned pitch.
