Recordings and transcripts may be temporarily stored with trusted third-party vendors solely for processing.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on providers such as GoHighLevel (CRM), Twilio or equivalent carriers (telephony), hosting providers, security tools, and AI/ML platforms (e.g., OpenAI).
We do not own or control these providers. Your use of their services through our platform is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.

5. Security and Best Effort

We implement reasonable security measures to protect information.
We may recommend or configure additional security tools on your behalf.
No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee protection against hacking, malware, phishing, ransomware, or misuse by your employees or contractors.

We retain personal information as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
